Jerk is the essence in all of our initial selection of sauces. Of Course... (our Founder is half-Jamaican, half-Ghanaian so it only made sense...). Use as marinades (wouldn't recommend marinading with our Jerk Sour Cream & Chive though...), or as  mild to hot kicks of flavour to any dish.
